Well…I asked for it; A journey. You know that phrase, “Be careful what you wish for”… yep.

The music has been a powerful, tearful, hilarious, calming, surprising companion. Thank you for the suggestions and your presence along the way.

Did you know that playing Pink Floyd’s “The Wall” in it’s entirety will get you from Elko, NV to the Utah border? Well now you do.

Yesterday was so huge and transformative, the translation of it all hasn’t manifested itself into words yet…but it will come.

All I can say for now is this…

Ask for safe harbor when you need it.

Trust those who know you best to give you what you need.

Good food and good company is good medicine.

Sometimes you have to lie down in the dirt and

Sometimes you have to just keep on driving.

Be grateful.

Ask.

There are stories everywhere…listen.

Stories of

loved ones and strangers,

ghosts and whirlwinds,

secret keepers and cottonwood trees,

tall tales and short ones,

tattoos and toe rings,

cowboys, gypsies, and a cup of tea.

Healing happens.

You will be drenched by the rain, and charged by the sun.

Transformation and Creature Comfort,

Butterflies and Moonshine.
